Tuesday: 2 mike run
Wednesday: Fitbox 1 hour
Thursday: 3 mile run
Friday: Spin Class 1 hour
Saturday: 4 mile run

My exercise has been inconsistent at best. This week I WILL do better:

I have been struggling to find time to exercise. I tried by getting up early to do it. No go. Just have to think like the Nike commercial and JUST DO IT

I am blessed to have a full of life. Still, I have been struggling to find time to exercise. I am going to try by getting up early to do it. I am not a nite person but gonna give it a shot!
Hate getting old :( Having knee issues in BOTH knees. They are not bad enough I cannot exercise but being painful enough to be aggravated....Still gonna try to do what I can...

Great to finally get back out for a road race. I ran in a 5K today. I finished 210th out of 607 people at a pace of nine minutes 13 seconds. Felt awesome!!

Long time no post...
Unfurtunately been dealing with some hernia and abdomen issues. It is still unresolved but doing exercise will not make it worst and I miss exercise routine.
The hard truth is my eating has been awful at best. I have been trying to control it but to no avail. I am going to try to go back to the start...water, logging, vitamins..not goi
Hernia Surgery this week. :( As such have been limited in working out.Still in the past week did some swimming, running, and spinning as it'll be 6-8 weeks till I can workout again!
Also did a couple days of snow shoveling...my
i am having Hernia Surgery next week. I have been limited in working out.Still trying to walk and swim or any other low key activity. Therefore will be living vicariously thru all of u and your Workouts!!
