I have a very difficult case of PCOS which has made it nearly impossible to lose weight over my lifetime. It has also led to diabetes. (And just for fun I also have fibromyalgia). In August 2016 I had the VSG done in Mexico. The weight is coming off very slowly so I'm still nervous that this isn't going to work either. But I'm following the nutrition plan and trying to stay optimistic. I am a married, mental health professional living in the southern United States. I have 5 fur babies who I adore to the point of near obsession.
