Where is ketosis?

So yesterday on Good Friday i commences my pre op diet of SlimTime.... problem is Wal-Mart did not deliver my broth jello blender extracts and diet soda.  So i sat miserably all day with my water and shake.  I watched my family kids included over indulging on yummy west Indian food and deserts.

You are probably saying that i shouldof just went to walmart the issue is i just had hand surgery and I am not allowed to use my dominant hand.

So I am in bed watching my 2 yr old nap going mentally crazy waiting for ketosis. Like where are you ketosis?  No one told me about the hunger pain, headache,  nausea or diarrhea ugh so not prepared. 

But it must get beter.... RIGHT?

My kids are going to a birthday party in a few hrs and hopefully I can enjoy it .... I am prepared 1 shake 1 jello 1 water 1diet coke
