Need help

I have lymphedema. I have had it over 12 year. I now how ever got arthritis it my knee. I'm in so much pain. I tell my PCP and she tells me lymphedema don't have pain. Can anyone help me. I'm tired of being in pain every day. Its making me depressed. Hurts to walk to do things. I still do them and pay later. I put my leg up as much as I can. I can't sleep. I'm lucky if most nights I get 4 hour. The pain wakes me up.
