Hi all
wanted to talk about my six month update
it is actually today. 6 months. And today I reached my doctors goal for weight losss. 80 pounds. (10 pounds this month) She wants me to weigh 150. So today the scale said 150. Yay

I found a recipe on pin interest for provolone cheese taco shells. they come out the size of street taco size.

Hi Everyone,
Well that last month sure did past quickly. Back from Spain and my cruise and it was all amazing.
Everything is moving along nicely.
Have lost 62.5 pounds in the last 4 months.
Gone from a women's size 22

55 pounds down
ran a 1/2 marathon on May 10, with less then 1.5 months training. No walking and best time ever
In regular size clothing.
Off to Spain tomorrow.

Just wanted to update, 45 pounds down, numerous inches lost. The process has been quite smooth. Still eating a lot of seafood, and soft meats. Still only getting in about 3 meals a day. I drink a syntax drink a day. Thank you Ro
