Ok in reality I have gained more than I wanted to back, Dr said I would gain around 25 lbs from my lowest weight but I was determined I would not, but right now I am 23 lbs up from my lowest weight. I don't want to gain anymore, But I feel wonderful, except for some unrelated tremors, my labs are perfect no problems there, I still feel this is the best decision I have made, I would do it again. I have to watch my eating between meals that's a problem for me, and I crave sweets lol, I hope everyone is well and happy I wish all of you the best.........Connie
