2 years today I had the surgery that changed my life...I am down from 230lbs to 120lbs and down from size w22 into a size 10-12 and feeling like a new woman ...

2 years after my life changing surgery

Well I am 2 days from 2 years out of my life changing surgery....OMG !!!
And as you can see I am back on track...I lost 100 lbs in 2 years !!!
I am getting excited for spring to be here and summer just around the corner....
That means i get to wear cute summer stuff and tank tops this year ladies and gents !!! LOL
Life is going good...just cant sit still...I did get into card making in the last couple of weeks...it adds onto my scrapbooking addiction...he he he....
Anyways...I am outa here...hope to be back on soon

Well I cant believe it as been so long since i posted....I hope everyone made it through the holidays...I kinda fell of the wagon...But was able to get back on..I found out I could eat more than i had been and sugar too...BIG MISTAKE !!!!!
Anyways...back on track now and lost a couple pounds while doing it....
Not a whole lot going on here...almost 2 years out.....WOW !!!!
Hope everyone is doing good...I will post again soon

Well today was a wow day......
It is hard to believe that after 19 months post-op I am still having wow moments....
I got up and weighed myself and I am at my goal weight
125 lbs......OH MY GOD !!!!!!!!
I DID IT !!!!!!!!
I am also now most def into a size 10.......

Yeah...I graduated.....
Got all dressed up and had a great nite out with the Hubby.....
got to see some people I havent seen in a while...Nurses and such
had a great time and felt VERY special....
I know i have said this many times...

18 Months Out ......

Well...I am 18 Months out and doing great !!
I have Graduation on friday and am looking forward to it....Dont know what to expect...
Getting all dressed up and having dinner...i will post pictures as soon as I can....
Had my 18 month check up and have lost 79% of my weight...Wow
I pulled out a sweater that I used to wear (size 3X)...Me and the Hubby could believe it...I will have to put it on and take a picture....
I got a new hair cut too...now that my hair is back on track( no more hair loss)...yeah..
Loving life...not so much the weather...LOL !!!

Wow...so much time has gone by since i posted ...Sorry !!!!
I have been very busy with work and the house and garden...
I can not believe how many people want there house cleaned... But hey it keeps me busy
Trying to do stuff to the outside of the house before the cold gets here...and it is comming fast...
And I have tomatoes comming out of my ears....Especially cherry tomatoes...I pick a ziplock sandwich bag every other day..
not much going on with the weight stuff....still at a size 10 and about 130lbs..
I have my 18 month check-up in october..Wow where does the time go ????

So...we are all looking for food that tastes good and has lots of protein and less sugar !!!!
Well I think i found the best tasting protein Bar...
It is called 'Detour" lower sugar 30g protein

A 3oz bar contains : 30g protein...5g sugar...33g of carbs
I had the caramel peanut one...and I couldnt finish the whole thing...It filled me up and my god it taste so good....
I am going from here to there web site to order some...they have diffrent flavours

Well we have a new member to the Loveland Family...His name is Tesla !!!!
We found him in our front yard in my flower bed last week...cold and wet and hungry !!
He s a white and Tabby kitten that is 8 weeks old...and was droped off by some idiot...
