 EATING
*64+ oz of water a day* DRINK 1OZ EVERY 15 min. (sip sip sip!!)
Eating every two hours for 60-70 g of protein (go for 100g of protein a day)
No drinking during or after meals for 30 minutes No tomato products for 3 months
No bread, pasta rice for 6 months (then 4 oz allowed per day)

No straws, carbonation, drinking fountains, alcohol & limited caffeine & smoking
Limit carb intake to 5-8 g at one sitting (40g a day)when counting carbs, do not use net carbs  
MEDICATION
Calcium should be taken in 4 doses around 300mg 2- morning, 2-evening
IRON (CARBONYL) (18-27mg) Take with Vit C at bed time at least 2hrs from calcium.
b12 sublingual
300-500mg a day
biotin
don’t eat anything after taking pills wait 10 mins in between pills wait 10mins before taking a second pill  
OTHER
30-45 mins of exercise daily (break down two 15min walks)
no pregnancy for 2 years
no NSAIDS or oral contraceptives


8:00am ---- Multivitamin, (2) Calcium, 
12:00pm ---- b12, b complex, Biotin
2:00pm ---- Multivitamin, (2) calcium  
8:00pm ---- Iron, Vitamin C

  Multivitamin – Centrum silver
Calcium – Citracal Calcium CITRATE + D3 (petites)
