10/04/2010>> hey guys sorry its been a while since i have updated anything, ok so im 8 months out and I have lost 110 pounds and it feels good to hear all the wonderful complements, but I'm still not where i wanna be, I still have my days where i still feel fat. I have about 130 pounds more to lose until i will feel really happy about my success. I haven't done any work out but i promise im going to start because i need to get this weight off me,its slow sometimes & other days or weeks i see results, but i know i gotta include some excercise soon. I started out in a size 34 now im a 22 and happy about that because i can kinda pretty much shop at other stores with cutier clothes.. Well guys im out and i will update in a few months. oh yeah if you have any advise or suggestions please inbox me..
05-22-2010( Happy Birthday To Me!!! im 25 today) OMG hello guys i am so behind on my updates. First off i find myself not eating some days becuz i never feel hungry anymore plus i dont like the food i use to eat so i just drink my liquids and eat what i can on some days. well my weightloss is slow i am prounds to say i weight 310 today verses weighing 380 before surgery 2-6-10... So i lost 70 pounds in 3 months and im pretty happy with that.. I am though getting flabbyso i need to find me a good workout plan to use.. if any suggestions hit me up guys.. my clothes are falling off me and i need to go shopping fast
02-20-10 (14 days post-op) hey guys sorry i havent updated since i been back home, but i have been sore where my incisons are and trying to sip sip sip and drink all my fuilds like im suppose to. I never knew how strong of a hold food had on my life. Im not gone lie I miss eating food alot but i know this tool will help me eat the right food and take small portions at a time. So far I have lost a total of 15 pounds. I startedd at 368 and now i am 353. I can really see the difference in my face. My face have slimmed down so much and my skin is looking more radiant and clear now. My diet is full liquids right now, i mainly just sip water, protein water and eat jello. Next week i will start on my soft foods and after that hopefully i will be able to tolerate solid foods. As far as bed rest i have been up and out everyday since i been home. If u guys have any advice for me please dont hesitate to hit me up.
(02-03-10) 3 Days to go, surgery is on 2/6/2010- Hey guys my surgery is almost here and i am so excited, yet nervous all bottled up in one. I am done packing and i have got my plane tickets and passport and ready to head to San Diego then transport to Mexicali,Mexico for my surgery. I cant tell you how happy i am to start this new journey as a new me., I will return home on the 9th and i will post my experience once i come back.. please guys keep me in your prayers

TODAY 01/31/2010- Hey guys just wanted to drop in and update everyone, my surgery date was changed from the 4th to the 6th so i am officially 6 days away from having my sleeve surgery, I cant began to tell you how excited,nerivous, and scared;yet happy i am right now at this point. I just bought my flight tickets, i got somewhat of a decent deal with cheap tickets.com.. I didnt have a suitcase becuase i never go anywhere, but i got a small one with all my little items that i will need. I will be traveling to Mexico for surgery so Im bringing my grandmother along for support. Well im off to church and i will check back with you guys 1 day before surgery... Guys please keep me in your prayers,,ttyl
TODAY 01/26/2010- I am 9 days away from having my gastric sleeve surgery, and boy am i anxious, not nervous right now but im sure i will be the day of, but i hope not because i will remain prayerful and trust in god for everything
. Lately i have been having trouble getting the rest of my money together to finish paying for surgery, still waiting on my taxes to come back. I have so much shopping to do before i leave for surgery, still alot i need to get before i leave. I will be glad whhen my day comes, I have read and looked at alot of people pages and their success have gave me so much confidence and im ready to embrace my own success.. Soon i will be helping peoplle and educating them on how to get healthy, and other options for weight loss surgery. Well guys time is winding down and i cant wait, Now i know tis summer i wont be able to wear a 2 piece swimming suit but i can ganruntee next summer i will be able to, Hopefully i wont need as much plastic surgery done, i plan on joining a fitness club 1 month after surgery.

TODAY 01/13/2010- I am 3 weeks away from having my surgery, this weekend i will be starting my pre-op diet before surgery. I have bought some protein drinks from unjury and a health food store. I'm nervous,anxious,and happy all inside, i cant wait til my new journey starts. I will be buying my plane tickets and passports getting ready to head to mexicali to Dr. Aceves

Hello everyone Im a 24 yr old female i live in Tennessee i have been researching the wls for over 4 years now. I started out with tennCare as my provider, after being on a wait list for 2 yrs i finally got a call back, i went through all the steps for getting approved for surgery..less than 1 yr later i found out that my coverage had ended and i could no longer get surgery with teencare.. I then started going from job to job trying to see who would cover the surgery. I finally stop trying insurance companies and stayed with my current job.. I then started researching online for low cost out ofpocket surgery.. One day out the blue i got a call from a nice lady with dr. alberto aceves office who told me about their doctor, and lots of great resources for detailed info on the surgeon. dr.aceves is in mexico.. from everything i heard and read he is a great doctor. i am now schedule to have surgery with him on 02/05/2010. I am so ready to have surgery. I love fashion and its so many cute little small things i want to wear. In just a few months i will be on my way to getting the gastric sleeve. Im so ready for a happier and healthier life..
