It's been awhile people since I've updated...

9+ months!! I hit my and my doctor's goal at 6 months and 10 days (guys lose it faster than women). My goal was 190 and I have stayed fairly close to that. Today I weigh 192. I am happy there. Would like to be down another 5 pounds but then I start to look like I've come from a concentration camp (especially in the face). I'm working and walking and doing fine. I'm on the OH boards somewhat. I enjoy the Mens, Main and Cali boards alot. I've added a bit more carbs to my diet which I think caused my weight loss to slow. Don't have any people on my friends list (I'm a married guy and don't want my wife to be asking "Who's she!!"). I would post more pictures but have to move them from one computer to another and need alittle help on that one. I hate those pictures of me in my robe, but I'll keep them up until I can update others. The only reason I took those was because my brother in law was here and we were able to transfer them quickly to the other computer. I still try to make it to support groups in the area when I can.
