Bariatric Self Support Group

Since losing my weight I have found sitting for over an hour, even on the padded seat of my car, causes the same radiating pain.  I now have no butt, hence no padding.  I have no idea if this is the cause of the problem.<

I can't do adduction or abduction exercises because the pain radiates down my leg on the side I am working.  This avoidance may have weakened muscles which have contributed to the problem.

Today I heard back from the plastic surgeon I was referred me to. His name is Dr Michael Kreidstein. Apparently my panniculectomy has been approved by OHIP.
