He was very thorough in explaining what to expect and the risks. His seminar, in addition to being informative, allowed us to meet others interested in having the surgery.
His staff are exceptional and also very caring, doing whatever they can to help.
As for anything negative, its too soon to say, except the waiting for surgery is much too long."
