I have 3 days to go... I was worried that i was not doing well on my preopt diet...today i ate alot of yogurt and soup, ina ddition to my shakes i have been hovering around 1000 calories for the las 10 day i feel so hungry sometimes.  But I am so close...getting on these forum helped getting my head back in the game.
