Hi there! I'm sorry you went through your surgery without an Angel. If I were around then, I would have been your angel. My name is Leslie and I live in Grand Rapids. I was reading comments on North Ottawa Hospital is how I came about reading your profile. So how are you doing now? Feeling better? Are you finally having successful, permanent weight loss? This dang lose - gain - lose - gain, is enough to drive anyone bonkers! I'm going to be joining you on the other side on Tuesday, August 13th at 10am yee haw!!! I would love to hear how you are, what kind of meals are you eating, your exercise regime that you are doing etc... Looking forward to meeting you. Leslie

Hi Colleen, I was going to wish you a successful surgery on Monday 11/26, but after reading your profile I see that you have rescheduled it to January 2002. I also had a growth on my thyroid and had it removed like 3 years ago. Whenever yuor surgery is, I hope it goes well and you have a speedy recovery. Please take care of yourself in the interim and keep us updated as to your progress.
