I know its been forever since I have blogged but I will try and get into the habit of it.   I am 2 years out now my beginning weight was 371 lbs and I am down to 246 and my life has changed in so many ways.   I required oxygen only at night now, my mobility is unlimited now I can walk without being out of breath, or hurting so bad I can't stand it. 

I still am working with individuals that need help with appeals and I will always do that as to pay it forward.  I am volunteering at our Bariatric Center 4 hours a day twice a week and doing insurance verificaitons and appeals when needed.   I am loving the ability to get out of the house.   God has blessed me in so many ways

Although I was sick most of the time in Florida all in all I totally enjoyed myself just resting and relaxation.  My sister in law taught me a lot of new things in scrapbooking which I am just starting out and doing to keep me busy since I am pinned up in the house most of the summer because the ozone levels at times are not safe for me and my lungs

I saw my lawyer yesterday and he went over how things will go in the court room.  I have never in my life been to court and I am scared to death.  The lawyer said the Judge will ask me questions and I need to listen carefully to the questions and not answer them unless I understand the question clearly then he goes on to say that the Judge I am going in front of wears 2 hearing aids and is hard of hearing  GREAT!!!!  

I pray to God and have been that I will be approved because after Oct 2008 I will have no health insurance and unable to get health insurance due to my health problems and because I had the lapband.  Just one more obstacle I have to overcome.  

I just hope that it all ends soon and I am approved.

Ok today I am depressed, I am not losing any more weight and at a plateau and seeing others that had surgery after me losing more weight.   I know a lot of its my fault making wrong choices of food and I guess I need to start journaling it.

I can't seem to stray away from the sweettooth I have.  Oh well no one to blame but me.  I can just start over again I guess.

I have had a terrible day today as I wanted to eat all day long ... not that I was hungry but that food in general just taste good to me and I miss not being able to eat but know that my health is important to me also.    It to will pass as the saying goes.     hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
