I had my weight loss surgery in Oct.2014 and so far loss over 30 pounds! Before the surgery my BMI was very high,my cholesterol was high in which I had a heart attack in 2011, bloodpressure was rising and have osteopenia in my right hip. The weight that I was carrying around put prussure on my hips and although I did exercise and walking it was at a minimal. Since the surgery I'm off my medications,have no problems walking or exercising,but most of all I feel GREAT!!
