1 Month Post-Op

i am almost 1 month Post op & I feel great. I am still struggling with eating. It is just crazy how you feel full fast or some days I don’t feel full & I take that last bite & sure enough it all comes back up. I am struggling with constipation. I refuse to put anything in my butt. I have tried literally everything. Warm apple juice warm white grape juice, Prune juice does not sit well, smooth groove tea, green tea with honey, Chlorophyll. I get a little release but not much. Any other ideas I am going to buy Miralax.
