Dreaded 3 Month Stall

Arghhhh! I know I'm still in the beginning of my journey but when a stall is 4 weeks long, you start to get nervous! I am grateful for how well I have done so far. But I have so much further to go, so I would like to get the ball rolling again! I started going to Zumba classes on the weekend and bought Hip Hop Abs to do at home. I wanted to hit the century club before the summer comes but it may not be possible at this point. I have 14lbs to go still.
Things have been very stressed at home and I'm so glad I have my sleeve or otherwise I'd be camping out in Wendy's parking lot eating my feelings away. I'm learning to deal with things differently now. Exercise is a great stress reliever if I can convince myself to do it!
