Hi Dawn, I just read your entry for 1/28/03, and I so can relate. I feel like I'm falling demon to all the old foods this past week or two. Caught myself buying chocolate, and cashews, etc, and today it seems as if nothing is satifying. I think that happens to us around our pms times most. Our bodies are craving things/or our minds, and it's hard to get control, even with the tool, we have to constantly tell ourselves, "NO". Anyway, I just wanted to say, Hang in there girlfriend!! I hear ya!
