Just a note to thank all his well wishers. He really appreciates all the support. I will relay all new posts to him. Donny arrived at the hospital this morning at 6 am. They started to prep him at 7:30 am and started surgery around 8:30 am. All went well, although due to his size the surgery did take longer. He went into recovery around 12:30 pm and was in his room by 2 pm. Earlier today he had pain at about 8 on a scale of 1-10. Now he says it is around a 5. 4 hours after he went to his room he started his required walking of every 4 hours to prevent blood clots. The first walk was the hardest, but it is getting easier each time. Well, I will try to keep posting updates till he comes home, which should be Thursday. Thank you again and God Bless, Loretta Kinson
