HEY SHERRI ! I am 6 months out and about 80 lbs now so I have 80 lbs to go.

I am 2 months Post-op and I have lost 47 lbs so far. I am stuck it seems that I have been the same weight for weeks now and I'm not losing does any one have any suggestions on how I can boost this weight lose process alone. Also I doon't think I'm getting enough protein so that may have a lot to do with it
