I listen too my heart and got stress

   I let my ex come back too me....He Needs help but I have done all I can. He is an addit and can't see how sick he is.

I got caught up in a dangerious situation. and I don't need this in my weightloss Jouney because I'm not letting anyone this time to come too my goal He tried to tell his daughter I had a young man who wanted him dead..I can't ever go back too him..when someone you love who could put you in danger is not anyone i want in my life anymore....he put down my diet saying I have not lost that much weight but almost 30 pounds lost is a wonderful thing too me.

I had a freind that wanted me to take a trip to arazona near a casino...would of been wonderful...but he will take me on his next trip...I felt really special he wanted me to come along.
