Hello EeeVee R! I hope that your surgery went through with no problems and that you are recovering comfortably in your room at the hospital. If the next few weeks are a little difficult just think of 3 months down the road and what you will feel like. It will be completely different. I am now down 61 pounds from my October surgery. You will do great!!! Keep us posted on your home page so we can see how you are! I will have you in my thoughts in the days to come.

I won't be ready for about 4 months but wanted to say best of luck and if there are problems that they be small ones. All of our prayers are with you and your rapid healing. Take lots of walks, drink lots of water, lose lots of weight and be happy. Lindajoy

*******CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR UPCOMING SURGERY. ******* ~~~~~"Everything in our lives happens for a purpose and that purpose is to prepare us~~~~~~~~~~~ May God give you courage, strength and guidance throughout your new journey. Your big day is almost here, this is the day, your new life will begin, I cant promise it will be easy, cant say it will be hard, I can say that with all the complications and everything I had to go through, It was well worth it. I have never felt better in yearsss, I’m off all medications, have sooooo much more energy. So if you hit a bump in the road, hang in there and remember it will alll be worth it in the long run. Sending Prayers your way that the Lord will guide your surgeon’s hands. May the guardian angels wrap their loving arms of protection around you during your surgery and recovery . Remember your not alone in this journey, many of us have been down this road, we are here to offer love and support. Looking forward to hearing from you on the loosing side. Evette! I am SO excited for you! WLS has changed my life! It's totally amazing at how my life has changed in 4 short months! Dr. Cooper is great and will take great care of you in the hospital. He will make sure you get up and walk though (which was a pain the the butt in the hospital lol) if you need a belly band after the hospital (to help with pain etc) let me know, I have a new one I never used (bought two).. what worked for me in the beginning was a control top one piece bathingsuit :) You go girl!
