I have a question. for VSG surgery I am required to do 6 appointments with my nutritionist and 1 with a psych. However, i haven't been told how much I am supposed to lose, and this is my 3rd appointment this month. Just weighing me and giving me advice

I am so happy/nervous/excited/overwhelmed to be starting the 6 month process to being able to get VSG surgery by Dr. Ward, David! I have United Healthcare Community HMO btw. I have to see a nutritionist for 6 months, Wednesday being my first appointmen

so I got my referral letter from PCP to fax to WLS Doctor and on it it says 6 week visits what does that mean? I can ask when I call tomorrow but I'm so curious to know lol

I am 21 years old and have been over weight my entire life. I have been dieting since I can remember and I just can no longer do it anymore. I am 5'3 1/2 and currently weight 242. I have tried probably EVERY diet you and I can both think of and always
