My 10 YEAR Bandiversary

A good friend of mine is about to start her bariatric journey and it has me reflecting on my own. Here I am, about to hit 10 years snce my lap band surgery and I am still glad with my decision. I bounce back and forth between 100 and 115 pounds and I am ok with that.  I want others to feel the joy of not being so embarrassed and depressed with yourself just to go outside. I love how people can look at me and not see the fat girl I became in my late 20's and 30's.... as if I was always this little. I especially like borrowing some of my kids' clothes!

Anyway, It is a journey worth living. I just ordered some Unjury.... I haven't done that in like 8 years. Always back to basics. Don't forget the skills you were taught to stick to the plan for good health, and healthy weightloss.

Happy almost 10 years to me.
