Left sided pain after RouEnY

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to check in with everyone here and say that I am 4 weeks post op and have had pretty severe pain in my left side since I woke up after surgery.  Originally the pain has reached around toy back and then up into my ribs and down into my hip but now the pain goes from the incision site to my belly button and feels as though it is pulling and ripping.  I have not been back to work because of all of this pain.  I went to the ER two days ago after CT and labs they seem to think that all is well.  They prescribed Gabapentin for me but it hasn't helped at all.  I've also tried the heating pad.  I literally cannot be out of a laying back position for more that a few minutes before I have "take your breath away pain".  Has anyone had this problem?  I just need to know what I need to do to get this to go away.  Please help.
