I just wanted to Thank you all~ For your well wishes and prayers. Right now i'm a big bundle of nerves~!....LOL I have to stay in Ft. Lauderdale for 10-14 days after my surgery, due to not living where i'm having surgery. So as soon as I'm back to Ft. Myers, I will post again. Again thank you all. Nothing like the power of prayers. I know you are going through a whirlwind of emotions about now as the day draws nearer...... Kerry, The week before surgery is an experience in itself. Personally, I preferred the week after surgery; it was easier! Not to worry, after the surgery you can just concentrate on getting healthier with every new day. This surgery really does change lives for the better; it works. I'm down 85 lbs since June and just wish I had done it sooner. I hope all your weight loss dreams come true. Keep it positive. Best wishes,

Best Wishes for a successful surgery and smooth recovery! Weigh to go! I just read another post from someone who just had surgery and the thing that hurts the most is their BACK. And it is PAINFUL, not just uncomfortable. THE LAST THING YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR SURGEON, BEFORE THEY PUT YOU UNDER, IS TO PUT SOMETHING UNDER YOUR KNEES TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR BACK!!! Time and time again folks are coming out of the O.R. and their back is killing them. If the surgeon will just put a rolled up blanket under your knees this problem will be eliminated! Got It?... Good…. Problem solved.
