I hit 80lbs lost and my lowest adult weight of 165lbs, today. I was also told that I am absolutely stunning! 

I weigh 181 as of this morning. I decided to check my BMI to see where I was @. I'm at a BMI of 29.2. Really! This is an incredible experience!

I am currently at 188lbs. My starting weight on 12/1/15, which is when I started my pre-op diet was 245lbs. I am truly amazed at how quickly the weight is coming off. I have never in my life lost 57 lbs in just over 3 months!!! I was wearing a size 22

I am half way to my goal weight! I have lost 51 lbs since starting my pre-op diet on 12/1/14!

I am in wonderland!!!!! the scale read 199.4 this morning!!

My friends and co-workers have been on my butt to get smaller pants for work. Yesterday evening I went to Ross to see what they had. I ended up buying 2 pair of size 16 pants! I have not worn a 16 in almost 20 years!!!!!

I had my surgery on 12/15/15. Everything has been going wonderfully! I was in a loose size 22 on the day of surgery. Today I am able to fit into a size 18!! WOOHOO! I am loving this!

I was expecting my poop to smell terrible but I did not realize how bad it would be. I smell like a septic tank!!!  Please tell me this will get better with time.

Good morning OH friends! I am 4 days post op and feeling great. I am still a little sore but for the most part I am really surprised that I feel so good. I weighed myself when I got home Thursday just to see how much extra weight from the fluids I had.

I did it! I'm on the losers bench!!! I've been in my room for about 4 hrs now and doing fine. Some pain nothing major yet,but they haven't let me get up and walk yet either!

This serious case of dry mouth is terrible!!! 

Just thought I'd share a little tip to all the pre-op's on here. Remember to pat not whip during your "clean out"

My surgery is scheduled for this coming Tuesday. I just cut up my Lane Bryant charge card!!!!

I know why we need to shrink our Liver prior to surgery. What I am looking for is why is it a "liquid" diet, and why am I allowed to have carbs such as oatmeal, grits, and cream of wheat? Is the main focus to cut out sugars and fats? What specific food

How do I go about having my surgeons info updated on here? Dr. Jeffery Friedman is no longer in Pensacola Florida. He is now @ Uf Health @ Shands in Gainesville Florida.

I received the call this morning. Insurance approved and I am scheduled for surgery on 12/15!!!
