Upload your image to a free hosting site like Flicker or PhotoBucket (I use photobucket). Once the image is uploaded, click on it, then right click and select "view image". Next push Ctrl A. After it is highlighted click Ctrl C to copy the image.

Now that you have your image uploaded and copied the hard part is over. Open your thread in OH (if responding to a post just click "reply") and then push Ctrl V to paste the image.
