10 Weeks Post Op

Well I figure I had better update for my own sake even though I am kinda feeling discouraged. I am 10 weeks out and am not losing like I had hoped. I have lost a total of 19lbs. Certainly nothing to feel bad about, but if you count my loss for the last 9 weeks I am averaging barely 1 lb per week. I am confident that it either going to pick up or I will stay consistent. Either way in a year or two from now when I am at my goal I would like to be able to refer someone to my blog here to inspire them to keep going. I know it works for me. When I read stories of those who have not been able to drop the weight quickly but were still successful I am driven to keep on trucking. Here are my stats so far:

Beginning Weight: 236

Day of Surgery: 232

1 Week Post Op:      228
4 Weeks Post Op:    227 (first fill 3 cc's)
6 Weeks Post Op:    222 (second fill 2 cc's- 5 total)
10 weeks Post Op:   217
