I have actually lost 2.5 kg's and im thrilled!! But there is one thing getting me down.
Has anyone else noticed how ppl are so defensive when you broach the subject of a diet?...

STRUGGLING WITH MY EATING PLAN - I just started phase one of my pre-op eating plan. Have to lose 12 kg's before June. Really quite a mission for someone who hasnt successfully dieted in more than 10 years.
