In all things Remember,that the one above loves you,that He holds us all in his loving arms,He knows each of us by name.He said anything you ask for in "my name" will be given to you.So in His name I pray for you,that you be given strength, endurance,love,peace and most of all long life.In Jesus' name. my dear you are at the start of an adventure.. there are many here with prayers for you many here with thought of kindness winging their way to you with so many positive thoughts things will turn out all right.. the future is there just at the edge of the horizon.. may you be up and about at the soonest time may your surgery be every thing you have hope for and desired. Hope to see you at the meeting tonight. I was right where you are now only 1 month ago. I am back to work part time, I have shed 33 pounds & 47 inches already! All I can say is - Protein, Water & WALKING! I am up to 1 mile in 30 minutes right now. I know my 'success' is not only my new 'tummy' but from the walking, which gets easier everyday. Someone at a support meeting told me 1 month ago that I would be walking 1 mile a day, have more energy and NOT miss food and it was hard to believe.... she was right, this really isn't that hard, just stick to the program & remember the first 6 months are important... so try really really hard. Good luck my friend - it's wonderful on the 'losing' side of life!
