Good morning 

I'm just about at the 6 month mark post op and I was wondering what people are doing for calorie/numbers

I'm a 6 foot male who started at 293.5 and am now floating around 198 or so. Currently doing about 800-900 calories.

The first 90lbs fell off pretty fast (5 months) this past month only 10 and it feels like now it's just not moving.

im at 205 goal should be around 185-90

is it just a matter of a slow down since I'm close to goal or is there anything I

5 months post op and for the most part things are going good. Still walking an hour a day 6 days a week. Just started in a men's hockey

My last post I had reached out to the community for some help in pointing me in the right direction for some mental health issues that I was having and still do today.

4 months out already and physically feeling amazing.

My mind on the other hand is playing tricks on me and I have been doing things that I normally wouldn't and having thoughts about things I have never had.

Just curious about this , just about 3.5 months post op and throughout all my medical visits and surgeons etc the topic of goal weight has never come up. I see so many people with a goal weight in there posts

How did you get your number ?  

Just wanted to check in and provide a 3 month post update.

My surgeon was Dr. Starr at Humber ( Humber and Dr Starr rule!) on April 15 2016

It's been pretty much 4 weeks since my surgery on April 15th at  Humber -Dr Starr is the man!!!
