Continuing my gym regiment and while I'm still weighing, I'm ignoring what it has to say.  Even though I take Restoralax daily I don't see  movement daily....guess it's just the diet.

I finally did my measurements last night.  Last time was August 30, so 3 mos ago.  I've lost 7", most notably 2-1/4 off my chest, 2-1/4 from waist, and 1-1/2 off the hips.  Arms and calf made up the rest.  I am down 9.8 lb
