roweruth2sbcglobal.net My name is Ruth Rowe I have the Realize bnad and I have lost about 20 lbs so far with mine and I had no pain with My surgey infact I was able to get up and use the Bathroom after I got to My room good luck with with Your surgery i know I can breath alot better then I did and I can play with My little cat now too and I love her.
