I will continue to eat as I am instructed by my nutritionist and I will also continue exercising on a regular basis.

I've been lurking for a few days and have found great info and advice on this site already. I am scheduled for bypass on 9/2 and today is my first day of the liquid diet I have to do for 2 weeks before surgery. Super
