Thursday workouts - Hay is in the barn.  Easy 4 mile run.  Last run before Tyler Rose Half on Sunday.

Wednesday Workouts - Supposed to run easy 5 miles, but it was so nice and cool this morning and I felt so go, I ran 6 at marathon pace. What did you do today??

Sunday Workouts - 4 mile run.  Officially training for the White Rock Marathon on December 4th. Yeehaw!!!!!!!!
