Thank you for your information concerning revision after RNY. It will help me a LOT when I go to meet with my surgeon's group (since she has left the practice!) I really, really appreciate your help!

Helen, thank you for your post to my question. I'm not worried so much about the hunger part of it cause everyone knows, I could live without that feeling for the rest of my life!! LOL Your post really help and thanks for the tip about the non-functioning pouch, I will ask my doc about that in a few months when I see him again. Good luck with your stoma problem, hope you can get it fixed. You have done a great job so far!!!

I just spoke with Helen's daughter Rachel. Helen is doing great. She was out of surgery in an hour and a half. She is up talking to the surgeon. It hurts when she laughs. Please keep Helen and Rachel in your prayers. Rachel is a very sweet and caring daughter. Bless them both. -Rhonda P.

You are about to give yourself the greatest gift you could ever imagine. My surgery was 7 weeks ago and I must say it is the best gift I have ever given myself. I have dropped 40 lbs and feel and look much better. I am much healthier and have not had to take any blood pressure medication, nothing for acid reflux or a fluid pill since the surgery. My back and joints do not kill me any longer and I am begining to remember how to have fun. I wish you the very best. Good luck and God Bless you. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I am wishing you a very speedy recovery. ^j^
