Well I am still off of work this coming week. This race has become a very expensive race for me but to be honest I was starting to burn out at my job and I have not a week off in over 6 years so i am not feeling guilty. For the first time I am looking

I am not sure what my work will be this week but i thought i would be nice and start it. My half ironman did not go as plan. Guy on bike hit me and damage my bike and I have hurt my tailbone real bad. i have other injuries but the tailbone is my concer

Well it was tough training with the heat wave. The one day it was just to hot and by the time i finished work I did not have it in me to go on the treadmill and run. I was done. Heatwave has broken but they have been saying we are in for another one.<

Hi Hope everyone had a good week. My training this weekend was the pits. Got my swim in and got onto the bike and it rained than today I got a flat on the bike and for the first time in my life I had to change the tube. Than I nearly fall on my run. Ho

My training is going well but my nerves are starting to get to me for this race. It is not until Sept but i usually get nervous about a month out and by race day my nerves settle down. Hope it goes that way again
