5lb  total loss for the month of January
No bread for the rest of the month beginning 01/14/2011
Workout with the Wii or other home workout activities (DVDs, etc.) at least 3x per week
Go to the Gym at least 2x per week
Get my 60,60,60.....60g of protein, 60oz of water, 60min of some type of workout activities.
