Ok so, my BM are regular but they are hard and they really hurt. I have to strain, and I know I'm not supposed to. Especially since right after I had my baby girl, I've had probs with hemorrhoids. (I think, the doc said he didn't see any, but they coul

Hello all! I've been doing way better than before, losing at a little faster rate, and happy about that! So on to my question. :)

Have any of you tried compression sleeves for your arms? While losing, I have heard that these sleeves "train" the

So for Thanksgiving my bf's aunt needed a ride to our house. So we went to get her.A month ago I got a new car, and later when we got back to my house my bf's mom said "She thought Mikey got a new gf. You've lost so much weight." We laughed, and Then I

Well in contrast to my last post which was angry and depressed, Ive started to try and retrain my thoughts and make myself be accountable for my actions. I was losing around 2 lbs a week on avg, but then a stall happened. I am proud to say my stall is

I am just ashamed of how I am. Sure I have more energy from losing fifty lbs. But if I did more and ate better, it could be more. I could have lost way more by now.  By now I have figured out that sugar doesn't make me sick and soda doesn't make me hur

I researched it, because I saw some people mention hormone dumping in Chassibi's post, and was just curious. I don't think I am having that problem. Maybe my Paxil helps level that out. (For social anxiety and depression) Or since I have only been out

Tomorrow I will be 14 weeks out from surgery. I am still losing at about two lbs a week. I am at 238, but it may be less because I had to go to hospital and they gave me fluids. I went because I almost fell out at work. Everything was spinning. My equi

Down 26 lbs since surgery on June 20th.  Down 45 since my highest weight during the 6 month diet.

Yep, slowly but surely! Clothes are definitely loose!

Looks like Alopecia Areata. I had it, but much, much worse... it is...

April Parker posted a discussion topic 7 years, 8 months ago

Surgery was June 20th, I was 264 that day. I am 250 today. While it is a loss, I am thinking something is wrong. I've been walking every day to catch Pokemon, and to hatch eggs, so I am out over 3-4 hours a day just walking around parks or wherever. I

My scale says 253 this morning, not 241 like last night. Scales are so fickle. I even moved it last night to make sure. But oh well. Back to my slow poke loss lol. As long as I lose it's fine with me!

April Parker posted a discussion topic 7 years, 9 months ago

Is it possible? I moved the scale around as I do every time I weigh, just to make sure its it's giving me an accurate reading. I can't believe what I am seeing. Of course I have been playing pokemon go...lol

April Parker posted a discussion topic 7 years, 9 months ago

Well 3 or 4 days ago, I weighed, in despair. I knew it was going to say around 260.  It did.

BUT TODAY! It says 256! Could it be?! I hope this is the start of my weight loss. I am hoping it doesn't go back up. It's been fluctuating b

Ya'll. I knew it wouldn't be a miracle cure of my love for food. But I've heard people wake up with little to no interest in food.

I was so hoping that would be me.

But I have actually sat and daydreamed about how burgers and fries ta

So I've heard newish post ops can have Wendy's chili. I've seen it before, but thought people were being sarcastic. But then I saw it again in the recent post about dehydration.

Is it true and when would I be able to have it? I can have chicken

April Parker posted a discussion topic 7 years, 10 months ago

Hey guys. First question. Is it normal to stall in the first week? Before you say "be patient" I should point out that I am not concerned about the number on the scale this early. But my surgeon said I would see significant loss the week after my surge

I chose skim milk (bc it was cheapest and I'm really struggling right now)to add to my Bariatric Advantage shakes for my liquid diet. At 13 carbs per serving, it puts my carbs over 40 with eveything I am allowed to consume.

My question is, wil
