Has anyone had their WLS in Mexico and then found a Dr. in St. Louis, MO to follow up with and see you if you have problems etc?

How do I find a dr in the US to follow up with me if I have roux-en-y in Mexico? I could not travel back and forth to mexico many times....I'm in St. Louis, MO
