Made it to Onederland - I just returned from a business trip, so I hadn't weighed myself in a week.  Delighted to see that I am at 199.

What do you take for monthly cramps? - Am I restricted to just Tylenol?  UGH, I miss having my go-to cramp medication (my prescription motrin).  I don't know what to do these cramps are killing me!!!!
