Thought I would check in again

Well its been a long time so I thought I would just say a quick something. I am over three years out from surgery and I am still down 145 lbs. I wear a small and a size 4 or 6. I am more active than I have been in many years and I feel great. Just living my life and enjoying it. I never thought this would ever be possible but I am so happy that I chose the band. Hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
