At what point do your knees and joints start feeli - I am hoping to notice a difference soon, only 1 week out from surgery.

2 days post-op- having chills - I feel great otherwise, but having chills and feeling cold. Could it be lack of iron in the pre-op diet?

Pre-op and hurting from not being able to take NSA - Man- I had no idea how stiff I would be and how much I would hurt! Interestingly, my ankles have stopped swelling and my shoes are loose!
