Almost at a Year!

Jul 17, 2017

Hmmm so what's new lots of stuff. I'll get in on the stats and jump right in. So my vsg surgery was 8/19/16 and my beginning weight was 246, weight dos was 227 and my current weight is 160. Yay! Anywho, what have I been doing working out for sure and eating better. Have I been great at eating? Nope but I am human and I remember to not stay there and I don't test the limits I listen to my body and jump back on my regimen. Biggest thing is you got to know when to stop eating and stay your butt in the gym! So, ok Friday 7/14/17 I also had my gallbladder removed so back on the liquids and hating life for sure. Can't hit up my gym or anything which is driving me batty. Eating habits have to be tweaked yet again which sucks so probably will drop more weight real soon. But oh well. On a positive note my dr did say that when he did my gallbladder surgery my stomach looked really good. Let me tell you stretching your stomach will be your biggest worry the first year because no one wants to do that and have any revision surgeries. Other than that Ive been working and trying to get a son off to college and manage my stress levels. Other than that look out for photos????
