Being under 200 is the first milestone reached! I have to say I was hoping the weight would come off faster but it is coming off and I just feel so much better most of the time. Not much surgar or carbs and no soda ect ect which really really has a drastic impact on overall well being! It's funny how you know all that but it takes WLS to stop all the bad habits. It's time to get serious about exercise and focus on protien.....still having a hard time with that....and getting in all the water...assume it will eventally become habit but for now it's still a challenge. Just need to say that seeing so many WL sucesses on this site helps a great deal in keeping focused!
