On the Road to Surgery! Follow up is a must HRH

Hello All, 

So I was referred to Humber River last week by my Family Doctor.  I called the hospital to see if they had all my paperwork in good order and the lady was very helpful and said that they did have it and asked to confirm my address as they would mail me an orientaion date in 8-12 weeks. Guess what! They didn't have my unit number!  They lady said it's good you called, you wouldn't have received your date in the mail without an apartment number.

I am going to ask my family doctor to request a sleep apnea test so that I can be ahead of the game.  Is there anything else I can do beforehand?  I see some folk take as little as 6 months whille some take up to a year and a half.
