"What can you say about a true hero. I have put my life in his hands and would do it again. Alan Schuricht is one of the best doctors/surgeons that exists. I didn't like him when I went to the consultation. He was too much like I am. I wanted the surgery and didn't care too much about the person doing it as I had faith in the hospital. On surgery day, he popped up in the waiting area to talk to me. I was impressed with that, I was also impressed at a few things that he had to say. I continued to be impressed by his care at the post-ops. I was also surprised that he checked in on me everyday that I was in the hospital. This is a man who's main practice is not bariatric surgery. He treats a wide variety of gasto problems. As far as his staff goes, they have a difficult job to do and they do it well. You ask how I would rate Alan Schurict. How about a+++++++++++++++++. His surgical competence is equal to his bedside manner, in my opinion, both being outstanding. If I had any serious problems that fell into his realm of practice I would go to him in a New York second. Alan, you won't see this, but you are the best of the best.rnrn"
