Hello!

I am new to this site/group but I’m not new to being obese. I’ve been obese for a few years but was in denial about it.  I’ve tried weight loss diets which work UNTIL you stop doing them.  I walk all the time. Probably more then most people would think. I decided that I needed to do something about being obese the beginning of the year and just had my 6th month appointment. Which means I’m one step closer to meeting with the Surgeon and scheduling my surgery date. I have never weighed as much as I do right now; and I’ve have given birth to 3 beautiful babies. But things have gotten extremely hard for me with this extra weight. I become winded very very quickly and my ankles swell up as if I was 8 months pregnant. I was recently diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. I tend to have 36 1/2 episodes an hr when I dont use my cpap. Latest diagnosis is gallstones and fatty liver disease. I hope to learn some new things from this site and get to know new people.
